2日間の講座では、世界の主なワイン産地とワイン飲料について学び、ワインの試飲、説明、評価を体験し、ホスピタリティと適切なワインサービスの基準について学びます。すべてマスターソムリエによってのみ指導され、最後に70問の多肢選択式試験で終了します。

The Certified Sommelier Examination is designed for individuals who want to advance their knowledge and skills in wine and beverage service. To sit the exam a candidate must have successfully passe the Court of Masters Sommelier Introductory Certification Exam.
